Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

To file a valid takedown notice, send an email to leahcameron286@gmail.com with the following information:

  5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Notices missing any of the above may be considered invalid and may not be acted upon. Please note that misrepresenting that material is infringing may make you liable for damages, including court costs and attorney’s fees.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to leahcameron286@gmail.com containing:

  1. Identification of the material that was removed and the URL where it appeared before removal.
  2. Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the courts in your area and agreeing to accept service of process from the complaining party.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Repeat Infringers

We may, at our discretion, disable or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly post infringing content.
